This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No. 51/2017, registered at Police Station Nagarnar, District Bastar, for the offence punishable under Sections 20-B of the NDPS Act, 1985.

The applicants' first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 25.06.2018 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 3379 of 2018. 4.
After hearing learned counsel for the parties, and considering the fact that about 40 Kgs of Cannabis was seized from the possession of the applicants, I do not find any new good ground or any change in the circumstances of the case to entertain this second bail application. Consequently, the second bail application is rejected. However, the trial
Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
