1. This is an ofÏcer reference.

2. The matter is listed for orders on PUD dated 05.12.2020 sent by Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raigarh (C.G.) through email requesting for extension of further time for disposal of the case.

3. On 30.06.2020 this Court has dismissed the MCRC Nos. 1877/2020 & 3537/2020 of the petitioners and directed the trial Court to conclude the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. By the PUD under consideration, the Court below has prayed for further time for concluding the trial.

4. As the request made by the concerned Court appears to be

genuine and, therefore, six months further time is granted from the next date of hearing of the case to ensure disposal of the case. The concerned Judge is directed to make all the endeavour for disposal of the case within time.
