1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has submitted the documents possessed by him before the jurisdictional SDO before whom his application for issuance of Caste Status Certificate under the Chhattisgarh Scheduled

Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes (Regulation of Social Status Certification) Act, 2013, is pending consideration, however, the said authority has again directed the petitioner to file documents.

3. Since the petitioner says that he is not in possession of any documents over and above what has already been filed before the SDO(R), the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the said authority to consider and decide the petitioner's application on the basis of the documents already submitted by him within a period of 4 weeks from today.
