1. Heard.

2. This petition has been brought praying for issuance of direction.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has filed a divorce petition under Section 13(1)(1-d) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 against the respondent on 13.04.2018. Later on, on the basis of the order passed in Transfer Petition No.68/2018 filed by respondent, dated 12.12.2018, the case has been transferred to Family Court District Durg. The case is pending without any progress so far, therefore, the learned Family Court be directed to expedite the proceeding in the case and conclude the same

-2at the earliest.

4. After considering on the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of at the motion stage. The learned Family Court Durg is directed to expedite the proceeding in the Civil Suit No.40A of 2018 and conclude the trial preferably within a period of 06 months from today.
