At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the parties would jointly submit that the writ petition bearing WPC No.2557 of 2018 involving similar issue preferred by this very petitioner had been disposed of by the Division Bench of this Court on 31-10-2018, therefore, the present writ petition may also be allowed in the same terms.

In view of the above, the respondents shall settle the dues admissible to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. Copy of the order passed in WPC No.2557 of 2018 is retained in the record of the present petition.
