Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 30/08/2019 1.
The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order Annexure P/2 dated 13.08.2019 as also the previous order dated 12.07.2019 (Annexure P/1). 2.

The petitioner immediately got relieved from his post and reported for duty before the Block Education Officer, Block Berla on 31.07.2019. When the petitioner went to join it was found that the school itself does not exist, where he was transferred. Subsequently, the order of transfer has now been modified vide Annexure P/2 dated 13.08.2019, wherein the petitioner now has been transferred to Govt. Middle School, Uslapur, Block Navagarh. The petitioner again went for joining at the said place and he was again informed that no such school is in existence at block Nawagarh and therefore the petitioner
-2finds it difficult for assuming the duties pursuant to the impugned order Annexure P/2.
3.
Given the said facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner approach to the respondent No.2 at the earliest and the respondent No.2 may try to take appropriate step ensuring that the petitioner is given proper joining taking into consideration the administrative exigency by passing appropriate orders.
