Mr. Dheeraj Wankhede, Govt. Advocate for the State. After arguing for sometimes, the counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the bail application, however prays for a direction to be given to the trial Court to ensure that the trial is concluded at the earliest. The counsel for the applicant submits that most of the material witnesses have already been examined, except for the Investigating officer and couple of witnesses.
