The present is an application filed under Section 439 of CrPC seeking for grant of bail to the Applicant who is in jail since 28.8.2016 in connection with Crime No. 413/2016 registered at Police Station- Kotwali, District Mungeli, for the offence punishable under Sections 420/34, 467, 468, 469, 473, 120-B of IPC.
