1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed as Training Officer on 02.05.2013 in Industrial Training Institute Distt. Sukma. He submits that the petitioner has successfully completed his probational period of 2 years but till date, he has not been confirmed on his services. He further submits that the post on which he was selected was clear vacancy post, therefore, as per rule, the petitioner having been completed his probational period without any interruption, would be required to be considered. It is further submitted that the petitioner has already made several representations on 19.03.2020, 16.04.2021, 19.08.2021 & lastly on 10.09.2021 to the Director,

Directorate of Employment and Training Chhattisgarh i.e. respondent No. 2 which may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time.

2. Having considered the submission made, I do not find it proper to keep this petition pending. Accordingly, it is directed that since the representation has already been filed by the petitioner number of times, the Director, Directorate of Employment and Training Chhattisgarh i.e. respondent No. 2 shall consider the representation of the petitioner within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner shall be at liberty to attach the copy of the representation along with the copy of this order before the Director, Directorate of Employment and Training Chhattisgarh i.e. respondent No. 2.
