1. The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order Annexure P1 dated 23.08.2019, whereby the petitioner working as a 'Mali' a Class-IV cadre employee has been transferred from Kondagaon to Jagdalpur.

2. According to the petitioner, the petitioner's seniority of Class-IV employees in the respondent establishment is District Wise and transferring the petitioner out of district can have adverse consequences so far as his seniority, promotional avenues are concerned.

-23. Given the fact, let the petitioner make a detailed representation to the Respondent No. 1 and the Respondent No. 1 within a period of 10 days from today and respondent No.1 in turn shall decide the same within a period of 45 days.

4. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order Annexure P-1 shall remain stayed.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off.
