Taking into consideration the allegations, which have been leveled against the present applicant, this Court does not find any strong case made out by the applicant for grant of Anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the present application deserves to be and is accordingly rejected. However, in case if the applicant surrenders before the trial Court and moves an application for grant of regular bail, if possible, the same should be considered on the same day.
