1. The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order Annexure P1 dated 23.08.2019, whereby the Respondent No. 02 has been transferred/posted at the place where the present petitioner is already working.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that, the impugned order does not have any name of the petitioner and as a result, the respondents have posted two persons at the same place, particularly where the petitioner is already discharging his duties on the post of Range Forest Officer.

-23. Given the fact that, the petitioner has not been disturbed by the impugned order and somebody else has also been posted in addition.

4. The Respondent No. 1 is directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner and try to redress the grievance at the earliest, in accordance with the Rules governing the field.

5. Since, there is no order passed against the petitioner, it is presumed that the petitioner would continue to discharge the same duties at the present place of posting as on date without being in any manner affected by the transfer order dated 23.08.2019.

6. With the aforesaid direction, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off.
