It is argued that while releasing the applicant on bail, this Court directed the applicant to furnish personal bond for a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- with two local sureties for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court with further condition directing him to appear before the trial Court on each and every date as also to appear before the concerned police station at 11 a.m. every Monday during the pendency of the trial. Since the charge sheet has been filed, the applicant is appearing before the trial Court on each date of hearing, therefore, there may not be any necessity of attending the police station every Monday during the pendency of trial.

Considering the entire facts situation of the case, it is directed that instead

of appearing before the concerned police station every Monday, the applicant shall attend the concerned police station at 11 a.m. on first Monday of every month.
