This is an application for restoration of the appeal which was dismissed for want of prosecution along with an application (IA No.1/21) for condonation of delay in filing application. The reason assign for delay in filing application is that because of lockdown the application could not be filed within time. Upon due consideration, application is allowed. Taking into consideration the cause shown in the application for restoration, we are inclined to restore FA(M) 132/2014 to its original number.

Accordingly, MCC is allowed. Appeal is restored to its original number.
