1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of transfer dated 20.08.2019 Annexure P-1 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Raigarh to Sariya.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that it was at his own request forgoing his seniority, on his own expenses, the petitioner was transferred at the present place of posting vide order dated

25.07.2016. Further contention of the petitioner is that he is a heart patient and he has been implanted with a pacemaker and that he needs constant medical treatment which he is undergoing in Kirodimal Hospital at Raigarh.

3. Given the aforesaid facts, particularly considering the health condition of the petitioner, let the petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondents within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and the respondents in turn shall consider the same within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation.

4. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order so far as the petitioner is concerned shall remain stayed
