Heard on application for restoration of CONT No.897 of 2020 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide Court order dated 02.12.2020. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, which is supported by an affidavit, order dated 02.12.2020 passed in CONT No.897 of 2020 is recalled. Consequently, CONT No.897 of 2020 is directed to be restored to its original number.

Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed of.
