1. The counsel appearing for the respondent has produced before the Court correspondences of the Office of Sr. Treasury Officer dated 19.11.2019, whereby it has been reflected that the petitioner's pension has since been revised from 2018 and he has been provided with all the revised benefits that he is entitled for.

2. Given the said document by the respondent, this Court is of the opinion that substantial compliance of the order has since been made-out. However, in case, if there is any calculation error in-respect-of fixation of pension, the petitioner/applicant would be at liberty to challenge the same afresh.
