Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 04/02/2021 Heard.

1. The applicant has moved this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.14/2020 registered at Police StationRaghunathnagar, District : Balrampur-Ramanujganj, C.G. for the offence under Section 304-B of IPC.

2. Considering that the bail application of the applicant for alleged commission of offence under Section 304-B of IPC was rejected on 25.08.2020, at this stage, I am not inclined to entertain fresh bail application in absence of any material change in circumstances. However, it will be open for the applicant to revive, in case of delay in trial, at an appropriate stage.
