Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 03/01/2018 At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that against institution of criminal proceedings, Cr.M.P.No.1248 of 2017 is preferred before this Court, in which, an interim order has been passed on 26-10-2017 by staying the criminal proceedings. 2.

As the criminal proceedings have been stayed, there is no apprehension that the applicant would be arrested in connection with Criminal Complaint No.129/2017. Therefore, at present, no orders are required to be passed in this bail application. 3.
