The limited relief sought for by the Petitioner in the present Writ Petition is for an appropriate direction to the Respondents for releasing the arrears of pay which the Petitioner is entitled for on account of revision of pay granted him. 2.

According to learned Counsel for Petitioner, the Petitioner was entitled for an amount of Rs.59,062/- as arrears of pay which till date has not been released. Petitioner has been approaching the authorities in the department, but till date no steps have been taken by the authorities concerned. 3.

Given the said facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Respondents No.2 to 4 to take an appropriate decision so far as arrears of pay that the Petitioner is entitled for on account of revision of pay that is taken place, at the earliest, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

It shall be the responsibility of the Petitioner to apprise Respondents No.2 to 4 so far as order passed by this Court today is concerned. 5.
