Considering the proceedings drawn in the previous couple of litigations both in writ petition as also in the contempt petition, and on perusal of the recent order passed by the Department on 18.10.2021, this court is of the opinion that no strong case for contempt as such has been made out.

The order dated 18.10.2021 is a fresh cause of action. If the petitioner is aggrieved of the same, the only recourse available to the petitioner would be to challenge the same by way of a fresh petition. The veracity of the said order cannot be tested exercising the contempt jurisdiction of this court.
