Along with the petition, the order on which the contempt is said to have been committed has not been placed on record. Even if certain order has been passed in WPC No.1456 of 2019, the said order should have been placed before this Court, as no inference can be drawn and on presumption, the notice for contempt cannot be issued. Therefore, since the order itself for which the contempt is said to be committed is not placed on record, the petition is summarily dismissed.
