The Challenge in the present writ petition is to the order (Annexure P-1) dated 21.08.2019 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Govt. Homeopathic Hospital, Harijan Basti, Raipur to Ayush Poly Clinic, District Mahasamund.

The contention of the petitioner is that the said impugned order has been passed only to accommodate respondent No. 4 who has been brought from Raipur to the place where the petitioner is presently posted. 3.

The contention of the petitioner is that she was initially appointed in the year 2012 and for a tenure of 6 years has been worked at district Bastar. Thereafter, she was transferred to Raipur vide order dated 19.12.2017 but she was not being relieved and finally at the intervention of the High Court vide writ petition WPS No. 1043 of 2018, the petitioner was relieved vide

-2order dated 31.03.2018 to join at Raipur, barely having worked for 15 months now she is being shifted from Raipur to Mahasamund. 4.

Considering the aforesaid facts & circumstances of the case, let the petitioner move an appropriate application to the respondent No. 1 for ventilating her grievance by making a detailed representation within a period of 10 days and respondents in turn shall take a decision within a period of 45 days.

Till the decision is decided, there shall be a stay of effect and operation of the order so far as the petitioner is concerned. 6.
