1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition seems to be the inaction on the part of the respondents in not deciding the application for compassionate appointment moved by the petitioner on the death of her father

2. According to the petitioner, the father of the petitioner was working under the respondent No. 2 who died in harness on 26.07.2019, thereafter the petitioner had moved an application on 06.11.2019 but till date the said application has not been decided by the respondentauthorities.

3. Given the limited dispute that the petitioner has raised, the writ petition

at this juncture is disposed of directing the respondent No. 2 to take a decision on the application of the petitioner for compassionate appointment in accordance with the scheme and Rules governing the filed on the date of the death of the deceased at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days.
