The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P/5 dated 23.08.2019, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Sub Division Pendra, Forest Division, Marwahi to Sub Division Pali, Forest Division Bilaspur.

The contention of the petitioner is that he has got only 10 months of service left for his retirement and his pension papers have also been processed at the present place of posting.

Given the aforesaid facts and taking note of the transfer policy of the State Government, which prohibits transferring a person who has got less than 1 year of service for retirement, let the petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondent within a period of 10 days from the date of
-2receipt of the copy of this order and the respondents in turn shall consider and decide the same within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order so far as the petitioner is concerned shall remain stayed.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
