It is submitted that the petitioner is a member of Zila Panchayat JanjgirChampa Region No.1. The petitioner received information that some irregularities are being committed in the paddy purchase center of Bodsara. The petitioner has filed a complaint to respondent No.2, but the same is pending without any action. Hence, appropriate order may be passed. 2.

The State counsel for respondents submits that the complaint has been recently filed on 25-10-2021. The respondent No.2 can be directed to consider on the same and take decision. Hence, the petition may be disposed off. 3.

After considering on the submissions, this petition is disposed off at motion stage. Respondent No.2 is directed to consider on the complaint filed by the petitioner received on 25-10-2021 at the earliest and take decision on the same preferably within a period of 30 days.
