1. The counsel for the petitioner at the outset makes an oral prayer for making necessary corrections, so far as the status of the Respondent No. 3 is concerned.

3. Accordingly, the oral request stands allowed. Let necessary corrections, so far as the status of the Respondent No. 3 is concerned, be corrected during the course of the day itself.
4. The limited grievance which the petitioner has raised in the present Writ Petition is that, his claim for compassionate appointment on the
death of his wife, who was working as regular employee under the Respondent No. 2 and 3 has not yet finalized.
5. According to the petitioner, his wife had died in harness on 12.11.2018 and thereafter he has moved an application for grant of compassionate appointment, which till date is not finalized and is pending before Respondents No. 2 and 3.
6. Considering the limited grievance that the petitioner has raised, let Respondents No. 2 and 3 consider and decide the claim of the petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment (employment), at the earliest preferably within 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
