1. Heard.

2. The appellant has preferred this appeal against order dated 10.12.2020 passed by Special Judge, Janjgir Champa C.G. by which the application filed by the appellant for grant of anticipatory bail has been rejected.

3. The appellant apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.338/2020 registered at Police Station Akaltara,

District Janjgir- Champa C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 506 of the IPC and Section 3 (2) (5a) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

4. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to surrender and apply for regular bail.

5. Permission granted.

6. Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. However, if the appellant surrenders and applies for regular bail, the concerned Court shall consider and decide the same expeditiously preferably within three days.
