1. The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order Annexure P1 dated 12.07.2019, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Patwakona District Jashpur to Chundapath, Block- Bagicha, District Jashpur.
2. The challenge of the present petitioner is on the ground that the impugned order is contrary to the transfer policy of the State Government of keeping husband and wife at same or nearby place as far as possible. According to the petitioner the spouse of the petitioner has already posted at the present place of posting and if
-2the petitioner is being transferred to a far off place that would be contrary to the transfer policy of the State Government which envisages a clause of accommodating husband and wife as far as possible at the same place.
3. Given the fact, let petitioner make a detailed representation within a period of 10 days from today and on receipt of the representation, the respondents shall take a decision within a period of 30 days considering the policy of the State Government so far as accommodating husband and wife at same place as far as possible.
4. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order Annexure P-1 shall remain stayed so far as the petitioner is concerned.
