The applicants have preferred this application for grant of bail as they are arrested in connection with Crime No.151/2016 registered in Police Station Simga District-Baloda Bazar-Bhatapara for offence punishable under section 394 of Indian Penal Code. 2.
As per the prosecution case, on 10/06/2016 the complainant was sleeping in his truck bearing No.C.G.04 JD 1857. He kept the money in the pant which was used as a pillow. In the night some one tried to snatch the pant wherein money was kept. Subsequently, one of the accused took away the amount of Rs.10,000/- and stone was pelted on the complainant wherein he sustained injury on his head. Subsequently, the applicants fled away.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants have been falsely implicated in the case, only Rs.500/- was seized from the applicants, charge sheet has been filed, no further investigation is necessary, therefore the applicants may be released on bail.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, degree of allegations, charge sheet has been filed, no further investigation is necessary, this court is inclined to release the applicants on bail. 6.
Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicants shall be released on each of them furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety each in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for their regular appearance before it as and when directed.
