This is the third application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant, who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.179/2008, registered at Police Station Guru Balod District Balod for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 409, 467, 468, 471, 34, 120B of IPC. 3.

The first bail application of the applicant was dismissed on merits on 5.10.2012 i.e. about 6 years back. Thereafter, the second bail application was dismissed on 4.9.2015.
