In the said order, there is a typographical error has occurred, as the vehicle bearing registration No. CG-06 G.T./2543 is mentioned, where it should be CG-06 G.T./2453.

(2) Accordingly, vehicle bearing registration No. CG-06 G.T./2453 be read in place of No. CG-06 G.T./2543 in the order dated 23.09.2021. Rest of the part of the order dated 23.09.2021 shall remain intact. (3) In view of above, Cr.M.P. stands disposed of. Certified copy today itself.
