This Court does not find any extra ordinary reason, much less error of jurisdiction warranting interference with the show cause notice at this stage. All the grounds which has been raised in this petition including any other ground available under the law may be raised by the petitioner in reply to the show cause notice issued to him by the District Magistrate.
