Hon'ble Shri Justice Gautam Chourdiya Order on Board 08/12/2021 1) This is the Second Bail Application filed by the applicant under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of bail. First Bail Application i.e. MCRC No. 2943/2021 was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 08/07/2021.

2) The applicant is in jail since 04/04/2021 in connection with Crime No. 776/2019 registered at P.S. Arang, District Raipur (C.G.) for the offence under Sections 363 & 366 of Indian Penal Code. 3) At the outset, learned Counsel appearing for the State submits that apart from the present Crime Number, the applicant has as may as 09 criminal antecedents.

4) In view of above, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises.

5) Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
