The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order Annexure-P/1 dated 12/07/2018.

On going through the records it reflect that, the petitioner had already preferred an appeal against the order of termination before the respondent No.2 which is pending consideration.

In the given facts, let the respondent No.2 decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from today.
