The only ground raised in the second application for grant of bail is that the trial has not yet been concluded and the applicant is in jail since 20.04.2017. 2.

Considering the nature and gravity of allegation only on the ground of delay in trial, at this stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the applicant. Therefore, the bail application is rejected, however, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, without granting unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties. If the prosecution witnesses are not appearing despite issuance of ordinary notices, coercive steps shall be taken for their appearance including warrants.

Once witnesses appear, the trial Court shall not grant adjournment to any of the party and shall conclude the trial.
