1. The present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of WPC No. 870/2020.

2. On due consideration of the application and the contentions put forth by the counsel for the applicant, this Court is of the opinion that a strong case for allowing the MCC has been made out. Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed. The WPC No. 870/2020 stands restored to its original number.

3. The applicant is further directed to ensure that the default in the writ petition is cured within a further period of 10 days from today and the writ petition be listed for hearing thereafter.

4. Let copy of this order be made part of the record of WPC No. 870/2020.
