1. The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order (AnnexureP/) dated 23/08/2019 whereby the services of the petitioner has been transferred from office of Janpand Panchayat, Podiuproda, Distt. Korba to the office of Project Administrator, Integrated Tribal Development Project, Nagri Distt. Dhamtari.

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to go a non scheduled area, as the petitioner has been working in a scheduled area for 12 years.

3. Given the said facts, let the petitioner make a representation in this regard to the respondent No.1 who in turn shall consider the request of the petitioner of his willingness to go to a non scheduled area and appropriate order be passed accordingly.

4. Till the representation is decided, the petitioner be permitted to remain stayed at present place of posting.
