This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.99/2017, registered at Police Station Kansabel, District Jashpur (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 363 & 366 of IPC and Sections 3, 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to repeat the prayer after examination of the prosecutrix.
