It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the landed property of the petitioners was acquired for the railway project by the

respondents. Award of compensation has been passed dated 24.06.2019 in Revenue Case No.10/A-82/2019. The petitioners have not been provided with benefit as per schedule 1, 2, 3 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Act, 2013, regarding which, a representation has been made, which is pending without any decision, therefore, direction be issued to the respondent No.3 to decide the representation filed by the petitioners at the earliest. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents opposes the submissions made and submits that if this petition is disposed of with direction only, then they have no objection.

Considered on the submissions. After perusing the documents filed along with the petition, this petition is disposed off at motion stage. The respondent No.3 is directed to consider on the representation filed by the petitioners dated 26.10.2021 at the earliest within a period of 90 days from today, in accordance with law.
