The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as she is arrested in connection with Crime No.405/2016 registered in Police Station Ranitarai Dist. Durg (C.G.) for offence punishable under sections 3, 4, 5 & 7 of P.I.T.A. Act.

As per the prosecution case, a raid being conducted on 2/07/2016 one pointer had given an amount of Rs.500/- and subsequently when raid was conducted it was found that the applicant is in business of immoral trafficking.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that all the evidnce have been collected and no further investigation is necessary, the applicant is a lady and she is in jail since 2/07/2016, therefore she may be released on bail.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, charge sheet has been filed and applicant being a lady and she is in jail since 2/07/2016, this court is inclined to release the applicant on bail. 6.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the

applicant shall be released on her furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for her regular appearance before it as and when directed.
