Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 21-092017 passed by this Court in CRMP No.683 of 2016 has not been complied with, hence, contempt may be drawn against the respondents. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that according to the reply and report submitted, the order of this Court has been complied with and the petitioner is only dissatisfied for the reason that no case has been registered against the person against whom he has grievance, therefore, the contempt petition may be dismissed.

After considering on the submissions and perusing the documents present in the record of the trial Court, it is observed that although the respondents have not taken cognizance in the complaint made by the complainant, but the petitioner has option to move before criminal Court by presenting private complaint.
