The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order Annexure-P/1 dated 10/09/2018 whereby the services of the petitioner has been transferred from Kharsia, District Raigarh to Manora, District Raigarh. 2.

The counsel for the petitioner assails the said order of transfer on the ground that, the petitioner has got only around 6 months of service left for superannuation and at this juncture transferring the petitioner amounts to putting great inconvenience to the petitioner so far as processing of his retiral dues payable to him on his retirement.

In the given facts, let the petitioner make a detailed representation in this regard within 10 days from today and the authorities concerned are directed to reconsider the case of the petitioner keeping in view the age of the petitioner and the period of service left. Let the authorities decide the representation within a period of 3 months, till then, the impugned order shall not be given effect to so far as the petitioner is concerned. 4.
