Mr. Vipin Tiwari, counsel for respondent no.1 & 2. Counsel appearing for the respondents during the course of hearing submits that it is a matter of compassionate appointment where the deceased was employee of the Panchayat Department and necessary compliance has to be done at the end of the CEO of the concerned Jila Panchayat and respective Janpad Panchayat and respondents herein are not the competent authority to take the decision on the said claim of the petitioner. Reserving the right of the petitioner to approach the concerned authorities in the department of the Panchayat, the present contempt petition at this juncture stands disposed of. Right of the petitioner also is reserved for approaching this Court by way of a fresh proceedings if petitioner's grievance has till date not been redressed.
