Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that against the respondent No.5, an FIR has been registered at the instance of the

petitioner and the anticipatory bail bearing MCRCA No.2105/2019 of the respondent No.5 has already been rejected by this Court on 29.06.2020, but he has not been arrested till date.

The writ petition is disposed of with a direction that if the petitioner files an application before the Superintendent of Police, Raipur raising his grievance, the SP shall look into the grievance raised by the petitioner, in accordance with law.
