This is Second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.258/2015, registered at Police Station City Kotwali, District Dhamtari (C.G.) for offence punishable under Sections 420 & 409 read with Section 34 of the IPC. 2.

The first bail application was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 28-03-2016 in M.Cr.C. No.694 of 2016.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, I do not find any good ground to entertain this second bail application. Accordingly, the instant

M.Cr.C. No.5800 of 2016 bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial without loss of time. Certified copy as per rules.
