1. Heard on this petition.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has filed a Civil Suit against the respondents on 01.08.2015 registered as Civil Suit No.258/A/2015. The Civil Suit filed is pending since about 06 years and there is no progress as it should be desired in the case. Therefore, prayer has been made for issuance of direction for expediting the trial in the case.

3. After considering on the submissions, the petition is disposed off at the

-2motion stage. The learned trial Court is directed to take up the proceedings in the Civil Suit mentioned here-in-above expeditiously and make all efforts to conclude the trial within a period of 06 months from today.
