1. The claim of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the retiral dues payable to the petitioner has not been paid to him in its entirety.
2. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been paid only the Provident Fund amount of Rs.2,80,185/- so also the Group Insurance of Rs.44,139/-. He submits that he has not been paid any other dues payable to him.
3. Given the limited grievance, which the petitioner has raised, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the respondents No.2 & 3 shall personally consider the dues payable to the petitioner considering the service book and other records
available in the office of the respondents No.2 & 3 and thereafter intimate the petitioner in respect of his dues that has already been paid to him and how much balance is left to be paid and in case if any amount is yet to be paid to the petitioner, all efforts should be made to release the same within a period of 90 days.
4. It is the responsibility of the petitioner to bring it to the notice of the respondents No.2 & 3 about the order passed by this Court is concerned.
5. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed off.
