This is Third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.417/2015, registered at Police Station Outpost Police Rampur, Police Station Kotwali, District Korba (C.G.) for offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468,471 and 120-B of the IPC.

The first bail application was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 01-02-2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No.7149 of 2015 and second bail application was also dismissed vide order dated 11-04-2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No.2165 of 2016.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, I do not find any good ground to entertain this third bail application. Accordingly, the instant bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. is also rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial as early as possible.
