1. The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order Annexure P1 dated 22.08.2019, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Jashpur to Bijapur.
2. The challenge of the present petitioner is on the ground that the impugned order is contrary to the transfer policy of the State Government of keeping husband and wife at same or nearby place as far as possible. According to the petitioner wife of the petitioner is also a Teacher in the department working as a Teacher(L.B.) and is
-2presently working at nearby place where the petitioner is posted and vide the impugned order the petitioner is sent to a different place.
3. Given the fact, let petitioner make a detailed representation within a period of 10 days from today and on receipt of the representation, the respondents shall take a decision within a period of 30 days considering the policy of the State Government so far as accommodating husband of wife at a same place as far as possible is concerned.
4. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order Annexure P-1 shall remain stayed so far as the petitioner is concerned.
